ProVision, LLC owner Robert Lampkin is building two moderately priced homes in the Overbrook Estates subdivision in Pinson.

The small subdivision has approximately 14 homes and is located on Overbook Circle in a more rural area of Jefferson County. The three-bedroom, two-bath homes will cost in the low to mid $160,000s and will have distinct, architectural designs and amenities such as fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a deck and a garage.

Project description Two-single family homes on Overbrook Circle in Overbrook Estates, which is located off Faucett Cutoff Road.

Developer Mr. Lampkin created ProVision in 2002 as a family-owned and operated business. He says he plans to build other affordable homes in the region. He is the former owner of RJL Construction, which did custom home additions and rehabilitation projects in Florida.
